What if the app doesn’t play content? Can I use the app offline? How do I report bugs or feedback?

If content won’t play:

1) Verify you’re on the latest iOS and have internet access.
2) Force-quit and reopen the app.
3) Reinstall the app if the issue persists.
Still stuck? Email vfxblender@gmail.com with your device model and iPadOS version.

Tip: Some media requires a tap to start playback on iPad.

Offline usage

The app currently requires an active internet connection to load and play content. Offline support may be added in a future update.
